If you meditate in the morning, you will find that your meditation will be most fruitful. Before the sun rises, the earth-consciousness is not yet agitated. The world has not yet entered into its daily turmoil. Nature is calm and quiet and will help you meditate. When nature is fast asleep, the animal in us or our unillumined consciousness also sleeps. At that time we are still in the world of energizing and fulfilling dreams, from which reality can grow. Join us every day for meditation and personal reflection.
This hour is dedicated to soft sounds, chants and sound bowl meditations. As your day comes to a close, take a moment for self-reflection and meditation. Find space within your heart for growth, become a better you by embracing the changes that surround you. Become aware of your mistakes and accept them as lessons. Join together as we silently celebrate growth together!
According to Buddhist/Hindu teaching, all of the chakras should contribute to a human’s well-being. Our instincts would join forces with our feelings and thinking. Some of our chakras are usually not open all the way (meaning, they operate just like when you were born), but some are over-active, or even near closed. If the chakras are not balanced, peace with the self cannot be achieved. Join us as we guide you through the chakras and create balance in your life.

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by “laying on hands” and is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. While Reiki is not a religion, it is still important to live and act in a way that promotes harmony with others.
Mandala is roughly translated as “Circle” from Sanskrit but a Mandala is much more than that and what we can perceive in lower orders of consciousness. In Tantra, Mandalas are subtle essences of what we see in our day-to-day lives. Our lives progress as Mandalas – we always return to the source, always circling back. We start at the beginning and go, as is said “Full Circle” and return, as it were, to the point of our origin. We are either spinning outwards and upwards or inwards. That is why sometimes we say “life is spiraling out of control” or if you see little children having fun spinning round and round, or the Sufi Mystic circling, reaching inwards and beyond…
Each session is an opportunity to go within and be reborn, to reconnect to your truest highest most essential being. For the seekers, an ideal sacred space to seek, to ask questions and go beyond all doubt and creating your magical Life Mandala.
